Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100. For purchases below $100, a standard delivery fee of $4.95 will be applied at checkout.

Once dispatched, orders typically reach you within 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your parcel ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a tracking link to follow its journey.

Currently, we deliver within the United States only. Should we expand our shipping destinations in the future, our customers will be the first to receive an update.

We recommend first reviewing your tracking link for the latest delivery updates. If more than 9 business days have passed since dispatch and your parcel still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@davidandnancys.com and our team will look into it right away.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return request, contact us at support@davidandnancys.com and we will guide you through the next steps.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Yes, exchanges are possible. If you would like a different size or style, please mention your preference in your return request email, and our team will assist you with arranging the exchange.
